Video Player Instructions

NOTE: Windows Media Videos cannot be saved to your computer's hard drive. They must be streamed online.

If you experience a situation where the audio plays but the video does not play it's because your current connection is not fast enough to stream the video. You can try again at a later time.

If the video does not play and you have the latest version of Windows Media Player installed you may not have it configured properly (see instructions below). Othwerwise, you will need to go to microsoft.com and download the latest version (see below).

  • CONFIGURING WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER
#1 - Open Windows Media Player from your program start menu
#2 - Click on 'Tools' and then 'Options'
#3 - Click on 'File Types' tab
#4 - Make sure that the file type Windows Media Video file (wmv) has a black checkmark inside a white box. If it is not checked or the checkmark is inside a gray box your player is not configured properly. Continue clicking on it until the black checkmark is inside a white box
#5 - Click 'Apply' and 'OK'. You may need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
